1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RIDDE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. RIDDE provides a platform for luxury mobility and strategic investment in Dubai.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use RIDDE only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Service Area and Mileage

Hourly and daily chauffeur hire operates within the emirate of Dubai. These bookings include a mileage allowance of up to 60 km per booked hour for hourly hire and up to 300 km per day for daily hire. Point-to-point journeys operate from Dubai pickups, with drop-offs across Dubai and Sharjah, priced by distance and confirmed at booking. Journeys to Abu Dhabi and the remaining emirates are not covered by hourly, daily or point-to-point bookings; they are served by our intercity transfers, a separate service with fixed fares per route confirmed at booking.

4. Eligibility

To use our services as a driver or investor, you must meet specific eligibility requirements, including but not limited to age, residency, and professional qualifications as required by UAE law and RIDDE's internal policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the RIDDE platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RIDDE and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

RIDDE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
